The site's sprite search has been fixed and upgraded so that the UI is a tad bit improved. This includes an automatic replacement of illegal characters in Pokemon names and conversion to lowercase and the ability to add as many name boxes as desired. There are no specific options per name however, and it is not planned.

As stated on the official page, it is experimental. It is very much open to improvement, and suggestions or bugs should be called on. I'm still actually working on making this operate like an actual search engine and try to go against the closest match, but it's getting there.

I still think it would work better if the sprites were organized into a table-like format. And yeah, there's still a bunch of bugs to be worked out.
