I think its stupid, some threads should be brought back up rather then remade. Plus other reasons, I'm someone will mention them.

I think it depends on the forum. Sure, on large forums, it's better to create new threads, but here, I think it's better to revive an old thread. It creates less clutter, and lets people reply to something said earlier.

Also, a thread that is revived shouldn't be locked. That closes all discussion, even if someone has something meaningful to say. Even if a spammer makes the most pointless post ever, the thread has no reason to need to be locked.

I think it's fine that we don't worry about it too much at the moment, or at least until LI becomes really active and grows a bigger community.

A post a day, keeps the inactivity away.
